Hello Reader and Welcome to my site. I am Dana. I am originally from NY and have always been considered a picky eater. I have been told that I hold the places I go to eat, to a high standard. However I don’t see it that way. I first and foremost expect the place to be clean. I also expect diligent service and a tasteful meal. To me these are not high standards. However to certain restaurant owners they are the impossible to accomplish.
I eat 75% of my meals in restaurants. After a while I was annoyed at what everyone would say is killer and I would think is deadly. So I started this site. After a meal at a new place, I take out my little notebook, and jot a few comments down. Then I go home and post my opinion. So I hope you enjoy my thoughts and opinions.
